Blue Moon Smoothie
This smoothie taste almost like fruity pebbles, which comes from a combination of vanilla, raspberry, almond, and lemon. A bit of blue spirulina powder or other natural blue food coloring gives these a fun appearance for a healthy yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients
- 6 hardboiled eggs use 8 if you prefer a thick smoothie
- 16 ounces egg whites pasteurized (1 box)
- 1 cup half n half or cream, or cashew cream
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite or monk fruit to taste
- 1 1/4 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder optional, for color
- generous pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend everything together until completely smooth.
