Blue Moon Smoothie

This smoothie taste almost like fruity pebbles, which comes from a combination of vanilla, raspberry, almond, and lemon. A bit of blue spirulina powder or other natural blue food coloring gives these a fun appearance for a healthy yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs use 8 if you prefer a thick smoothie
  • 16 ounces egg whites pasteurized (1 box)
  • 1 cup half n half or cream, or cashew cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon raspberry extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite or monk fruit to taste
  • 1 1/4 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder optional, for color
  • generous pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend everything together until completely smooth.
