French Dressing

A bit sweet and a bit tangy, this is an easy and delicious salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup plus more to taste, such as Primal Kitchen or Alternasweets
  • 1 tablespoon shallot
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 drops fish sauce optional, adds umami and you won’t taste it
  • salt and pepper to tate

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This dressing will keep for up to 5 days, refrigerated.
