French Dressing
A bit sweet and a bit tangy, this is an easy and delicious salad dressing.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup plus more to taste, such as Primal Kitchen or Alternasweets
- 1 tablespoon shallot
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 drops fish sauce optional, adds umami and you won’t taste it
- salt and pepper to tate
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This dressing will keep for up to 5 days, refrigerated.
