Chocolate Frosty

Smooth, creamy, chocolaty, and cold, this is a delicious smoothie that can be easily adapted to your macros. Adding 1/2 cup cottage cheese makes for a more creamy smoothie. Use heavy cream, coconut cream, or cashew cream if youā€™re wanting higher fat. Feel free to add a shot of coffee for a Summer breakfast drink.
