
Berry Smoothie
Quick, easy, no-cook, and delicious, this smoothie is a great way to get some protein in for breakfasts or on-the-go meals.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese or full fat for a higher fat smoothie
- 1/2 cup cashew milk almond milk, or coconut milk for nut-free, or heavy cream for a higher fat smoothie
- 1/4 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia glycerite or to taste, or other sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste and serve immediately.
