Vanilla Breakfast Bowl with Berries

Fast, easy and delicious, this no-cook protein packed bowl is excellent as breakfast or dessert. You can also chop the fruit into small pieces and freeze the mixture as popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fat free Greek Yogurt I like Fage brand
  • 2/3 cup 4% milk fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder sugar-free vanilla flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • stevia glycerite to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 6 strawberries tops removed and sliced thin

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except berries in a high powered blender or food processor (the stronger the better the texture). Blend until completely smooth. Divide between two bowls and serve with the berries on top.
