Acai Smoothie
This is quick, easy, delicious, and packed full of vitamin E!

Ingredients
- 6 large egg whites pasteurized (I like to use the boxed version so I am not wasting egg yolks), you can lightly scramble them if you prefer not to eat raw egg – this will also make a thicker smoothie
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut beverage for nut-free
- stevia glycerite to taste
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt fat-free, or your favorite dairy-free alternative
- pinch of salt
- 2 packs aƧaĆ 200g, frozen
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste and serve.
