Chocolate Mint Steamer/Frothed Milk
These fancy steamed milk drinks are easily achievable at home. If you make them often, consider a milk heater/frother such as the one here. Of course, they can be made without it as well, see notes.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cashew milk or Califia almond milk
- pinch of salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract to taste, start with a small amount and add more as desired – the strength tends to vary by brand so this must be adjusted to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia glycerite 3 dashes
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a Capresso Milk Frother. Press the hot button and wait for the machine to turn off. Pour into a serving cup and enjoy. If making a latte, pour the espresso shot into the serving glass before pouring in the pumpkin spice steamed milk.
Notes
You can also make this with a handheld milk frother. Simply warm the almond milk in the microwave or on the stovetop until steaming. Then insert the frother and blend until frothed to the desired amount.
