Roasted Golden Cherry Tomato Gochujang Sauce
Sweet, rich, earthy, tangy, and spicy, this is a delicious sauce that goes well with any protein or vegetables!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pint golden cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 teaspoon white miso paste optional
- 4 tablespoons butter or butter flavored coconut oil for dairy-free
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together on a roasting pan except the butter. Roast at 425ĀŗF for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add the butter, and puree until completely smooth. If you have a high power blender, the sauce will be smooth. Otherwise, you can strain it to remove any seeds or skins for a smooth sauce.
