Blistered Shishitos with Ginger and Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 6 ounces shishito peppers
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger fresh grated
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
Instructions
- Add the oil and peppers and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally to achieve slight charring in places, about 10 minutes. Add in garlic, ginger, and soy, tossing quickly to prevent burning and cook until no liquid remains. Serve.
