Ranch Coleslaw
Tangy and full of onion, garlic, parsley, chives, dill, and pepper, this is an easy and delicious coleslaw.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise homemade aioli or store-bought, such as Primal Kitchen
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk powder or use apple cider vinegar to taste for dairy-free
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley dried
- 1/2 teaspoon dill dried
- 1/4 teaspoon chives dried
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
- 2 drops stevia glycerite
- 4 cups coleslaw mix see note
- fresh chives for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients together and taste, adjust seasoning and then toss with cabbage mix.
Notes
You can also use 1/4 cup pre-made Ranch seasoning mix in place of the buttermilk and spices. To make your own coleslaw mix, combine the following:
- 2 cups green cabbage 1/2 head, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage 1/2 head, shredded
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
