Thai Basil Seed Drink (Nam Manglak)
Thai sweet basil seeds rehydrate when soaked in water and take on the flavor of whatever they are soaked in and add a nice little texture to drinks or desserts. I also like to add the rehydrated seeds to lemonade.

- 3 teaspoons Thai sweet basil seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes
- 1 tbsp rose water
- lemon juice to taste
- 3 cups water cold
- stevia glycerite to taste
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass and serve.
