Chai Breakfast Shake
Make this the night before for an easy and delicious on-the-go breakfast option!

Ingredients
- 5 bags of chai tea
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 5 hardboiled eggs
- 1/4 cup egg white protein powder sugar free, vanilla flavored
- 40 grams collagen peptides 4 scoops, unflavored, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
Instructions
- Steep the 5 tea bags in the boiling water until cool to the touch, about an hour. Squeeze the bags to extract the liquid from them and discard.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of the strong brewed tea to a high power blender. Add the eggs, egg white protein powder, collagen, stevia, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 5 minutes. Add the cream and blend very briefly to combine. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
