Steep the 5 tea bags in the boiling water until cool to the touch, about an hour. Squeeze the bags to extract the liquid from them and discard.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the strong brewed tea to a high power blender. Add the eggs, egg white protein powder, collagen, stevia, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 5 minutes. Add the cream and blend very briefly to combine. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
