This is a great open faced breakfast toast that comes together quickly if you have a batch of keto bread on hand. Use Kite Hill cream cheese to make this dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving keto bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese Kite Hill cream cheese if dairy free
  • 1/2 cup tomato 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Toast the bread to your desired level and then spread with cream cheese. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning.
