Mexican Coleslaw
Bright and tangy, this coleslaw variation goes well with fish. You can easily make this a creamy salad using mayo base for the dressing.

Ingredients
- 14 ounce bag of coleslaw mix 4 cups
- 1/4 cup lime juice or more to taste, 2-4 limes
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Whisk lime juice, avocado oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in coleslaw mix and cilantro and toss to coat evenly.
