- Combine sweetener, salt, and blueberries in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes until the berries break down and form a jam. Puree until smooth in a food processor.
- Add sour cream and cream cheese to the food processor and puree until smooth.
- Whip cream and then fold it into the blueberry mixture. Plate into individual glasses, garnish, and serve.
