Poke Board Inspiration
This is not a recipe but more inspiration for a fun version of the popular trend of serving foods on boards. Simply arrange your desired salad ingredients on a board, top with a variety of protein options and garnishes and serve along with a variety of dressings for everyone to customize their own poke bowl. Listed below are a few ideas for ingredients to include/choose from to get you started. Don’t like raw seafood – use cooked shrimp, salmon bites, or even teriyaki chicken instead. Soft boiled eggs, tofu, chopped hearts of palm, or even compressed watermelon could be swapped for the seafood for a vegetarian version.
