Blackberry and Thai Basil Seed Cooler
Thai sweet basil seeds rehydrate when soaked in water and take on the flavor of whatever they are soaked in and add a nice little texture to drinks or desserts. Here, blackberries and lime flavor a fun cooler.

- 1 tablespoon Thai sweet basil seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes
- 4 blackberries mashed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 lime, or to taste
- 3 cups water cold
- stevia glycerite to taste
- pinch of salt
- mint for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass and serve.
