Orange Julius

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • zest of 1 orange or 1/8 teaspoon orange oil
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
  • 1 egg white 3 tablespoons from a carton
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth.
