Sugar-Free Gummies

Sweet, tangy, and a touch salty, these refreshing gummies are a great low calorie, low carb treat. Use your favorite electrolyte mix to vary the flavor profile. I like Everly best for these.

Instructions

  • Combine the gelatin, electrolyte mix, and cold water in a medium size bowl. Stir to form a thick paste. Let sit for 5 minutes to rehydrate the gelatin.
  • Set two silicon molds onto a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
  • Heat 1 cup water to a boil. Pour over the gelatin mixture, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Use a turkey baster, pipette, or even a spoon to fill the silicone mold. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until set, at least 2 hours. Turn out of the mold and store refrigerated for up to one week.
