Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter or butter flavored coconut oil
- 1 pound mushrooms wiped clean and ends trimmed (try to pick smaller mushrooms – if they are large, quarter them)

- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika omit for nightshade-free

When they begin to release liquid, add the garlic, paprika, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and season with some salt. Cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley. Season to taste with more salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve sautƩed mushrooms with the garlic sauce.
