Bloody Mary Tomato Salad

This bright, tangy, and flavor packed salad pairs well with steak and pork. Recipe is barely adapted from Bon Apetit.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery hearts the inner most stalks and leaves from 1 bunch
  • 1/4 cup green olives chopped, plus 1 tablespoon olive brine

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine. Season to taste with more salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4.
