Roast Romanesco

Romanesco is similar to cauliflower and as such, becomes sweet and tender when browned in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup romanesco 1 head, broken into florets
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toss the romanesco avocado oil and salt and pepper, to taste. Roast at 400ĀŗF for 30 minutes, or until browned and nutty.
