Green Sauce
A bright and punchy sauce for meats, vegetables, and salads. Recipe barely adapted from from Bon Appetit.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white miso
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 4 teaspoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon monk fruit powdered
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1/3 cup chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Notes
Sauce can be refrigerated for 3 days. Makes about 1 cup. Serving size is 2 tablespoons.
