Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper to coat it well.
  • Roast broccoli at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
