Poke with Creamy Sesame Sauce
Creamy, nutty, sweet, and savory salmon atop a salad full of vegetables and sweet mango makes for a quick, easy, and delicious no-cook meal.

Ingredients
Creamy Sesame Salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger fresh grated
- 1 pound sashimi grade salmon cut into bite size pieces
Salad
- 4 cups salad greens
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/2 English cucumber sliced
- 1 Ataulfo mango diced
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame
- furikake to taste
Instructions
- Combine all sesame salmon dressing ingredients except the fish until smooth. Add the salmon and toss to coat. Set aside.
- Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl or arrange on individual plates. Top with creamy salmon and sprinkle with furikake, if desired. Serve immediately.
