Low Fat Passion Fruit Posset
Bright, sweet, tangy, and floral, this is a delicious and quick dessert. I like to serve this with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese 4%, or use non-fat for lower fat
- 1/4 cup passion fruit puree
- stevia glycerite to taste
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except raspberries in a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Transfer to serving dishes and top with berries.
