Arugula and Radicchio Salad with Parmesan and Balsamic

- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup radicchio finely sliced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
- 3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the arugula and radicchio. Add the oil, balsamic, and parmesan and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
