Pesto Grilled Shrimp
This is such an easy recipe to put together and it cooks fast! You can make this dairy-free with a homemade pesto.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pesto homemade or store bought
- 1 pound shrimp
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with the pesto and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Soak wooden skewers for 10 minutes (to prevent them from burning on the grill). After soaking, thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill on high 2-3 minutes per side.
