Garlic Aioli Baked Salmon
Coating salmon in ailoi may seem unconventional but it produces tender and delicious fish for a fast and easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or homemade aioli
- 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs chopped, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ĀŗF.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir the herbs into the aioli, if using. Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet and coat it with the aioli. Top with the lemon slices.
- Bake at 450ĀŗF for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
