Garlic Aioli Baked Salmon

Coating salmon in ailoi may seem unconventional but it produces tender and delicious fish for a fast and easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or homemade aioli
  • 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs chopped, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir the herbs into the aioli, if using. Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet and coat it with the aioli. Top with the lemon slices.
  • Bake at 450ºF for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
