Broiled Orange Glazed Tilapia

A bit sweet and tangy, this glazed fish is scented with orange and comes together quickly for an easy weeknight meal. Any firm white fish works well here.

Ingredients

  • zest of 1 orange or 2 drops orange oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon monk fruit powdered
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 pound tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon parsley minced, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Rub a bit of avocado oil on the foil lined baking sheet and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients except fish and parsley in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  • Coat the fish with the sauce and broil for 5-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley.
