Broiled Orange Glazed Tilapia
A bit sweet and tangy, this glazed fish is scented with orange and comes together quickly for an easy weeknight meal. Any firm white fish works well here.

Preheat broiler and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Rub a bit of avocado oil on the foil lined baking sheet and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except fish and parsley in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Coat the fish with the sauce and broil for 5-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley.
