Blackberry and Thai Basil Seed Cooler

Thai sweet basil seeds rehydrate when soaked in water and take on the flavor of whatever they are soaked in and add a nice little texture to drinks or desserts. Here, blackberries and lime flavor a fun cooler.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Thai sweet basil seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes
  • 4 blackberries mashed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 lime, or to taste
  • 3 cups water cold
  • stevia glycerite to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • mint for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass and serve.
