- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 6 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons parsley leaves
- 14 ounce can hearts of palm pasta drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the horseradish, sour cream, lemon juice, and zest in a large bowl. Add the salmon, parsley, and hearts of palm. Toss to coat evenly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
