Five Spice Fish
This fish dish is fast and flavorful. I like to serve it on a bed of steamed bok choy seasoned with a bit of coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 1 pound firm white fish such as mahi mahi, cod, or tilapia
- 3/4 teaspoon five spice powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 drop stevia glycerite omit if using coconut aminos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease it with the avocado oil to prevent the fish from sticking. Set aside.
- Season fish with the five spice powder and lay onto the prepared baking sheet. Stir together the soy sauce with stevia and drizzle over the fish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
