Five Spice Fish
This fish dish is fast and flavorful. I like to serve it on a bed of steamed bok choy seasoned with a bit of coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil.

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease it with the avocado oil to prevent the fish from sticking. Set aside.
Season fish with the five spice powder and lay onto the prepared baking sheet. Stir together the soy sauce with stevia and drizzle over the fish.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
