Avocado and Radish Salad with Peanuts (Slaai)

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger fresh grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- black pepper fresh ground, to taste
- 1 avocado diced into small cubes
- 3 radishes sliced thin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons peanuts minced, omit for nut free
Instructions
- Combine lemon, ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the avocado and radish and gently toss to coat. Let sit 20 minutes for flavors to meld. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with peanuts.
