Green Beans
- 1/4 pound green beans 1 cup
- 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF, line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and oil it. Set aside.
- Whisk together sriracha, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and tomato paste, if using in a large bowl.

Bake for 15 minutes then coat the pork with another layer of the reserved sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Return to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes, or until the loin measures 160ºF when measured at its thickest point.
- Remove the tenderloin to a carving board and let rest at least while you make the beans.
- Toss the beans in whatever juices are remaining from the pork with the avocado oil and salt and pepper. Broil for 5 minutes.
- To serve, slice the tenderloin and sprinkle with green onions. Plate with green beans.
