Virgin Mojito
For a variation, feel free to muddle with a couple of frozen blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or even some sliced jalapeño.

Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 ounce
- 4 drops liquid monk fruit or stevia glycerite
- 1/8-1/2 teaspoon rum extract optional, for flavor
- pinch of salt
- ice optional
- 5 ounces seltzer water
Instructions
- Muddle the mint in a glass with the lime juice, monk fruit, extract, and salt. Add ice then top with seltzer water.
