Manchego, Blackberry, and Prosciutto Appetizer

These are a quick and easy no-cook appetizer! Nutty manchego cheese goes well with sweet tart blackberries and salty prosciutto.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces manchego cubed, 14 cubes
  • 7 ounces prosciutto halved lengthwise, 7 slices, 14 halves
  • 14 blackberries 6 ounces

Instructions

  • Fold the prosciutto and skewer it, followed by one blackberry and one cube manchego.

Notes

Serving size is 2 skewers.
