Burrata and Coppa Salad with Mixed Greens and Balsamic

This is a flavorful and easy no-cook salad that comes together in minutes. The burrata and coppa make it a meal. You can add a couple of sliced cherry tomatoes and some fresh herbs as well.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces burrata
  • 5 slices coppa
  • 2 ounces mixed greens one handful
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place a handful of salad greens in a bowl. Fold coppa into quarters and tuck them in between lettuce leaves. Tear burrata into pieces and place around salad. Top with oil and vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
