Peri Peri Chicken

These African-inspired bright and peppery chicken thighs make for a fast, easy, and delicious meal. Feel free to use chicken breast in place of the thighs. Grilling them is an excellent option as well. I like to serve this with a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup Peri Peri Sauce see related recipe

Instructions

  • Toss the chicken thighs with the Peri Peri Sauce and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight, refrigerated.
  • Heat a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. When hot, lay the chicken into the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook the second side until browned, another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
