Pastrami Steak Tips
The familiar flavors of pastrami in an easy steak tip format. You can also use this on ribeye or even skirt steak. I like to serve these with sautéed sauerkraut but a green salad with some of your favorite vinegar would be wonderful as well.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit golden, or 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 pound sirloin steak tips
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
Instructions
- Combine all steak ingredients except the avocado oil in a large bowl and stir to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight.
- Heat 1 teaspoon avocado oil in a hot pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides cooked to your liking, about 7 minutes for medium rare (125ºF).
