Pastrami Steak Tips

The familiar flavors of pastrami in an easy steak tip format. You can also use this on ribeye or even skirt steak. I like to serve these with sautĆ©ed sauerkraut but a green salad with some of your favorite vinegar would be wonderful as well.Ā

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fresh coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit golden, or 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 pound sirloin steak tips
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil

Instructions

  • Combine all steak ingredients except the avocado oil in a large bowl and stir to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon avocado oil in a hot pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides cooked to your liking, about 7 minutes for medium rare (125ĀŗF).
