Arugula and Radicchio Salad with Parmesan and Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup radicchio finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • 3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the arugula and radicchio. Add the oil, balsamic, and parmesan and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
