- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika optional
- 1/4 cup olive oil or more as needed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine pork panko, parsley, seasonings, oil, salt, and pepper. Add more oil if the entire mixture is not moistened by the full 1/4 cup. Press panko mixture onto the top of each pork chop.
- Broil chops for 3-4 minutes then lower the oven temperature to 350ºF and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and tender.
Notes
You can freeze the chops with the panko mixture for future meals. To do so, wrap each chop individually in plastic wrap and place in a freezer safe bag. Freeze until ready to use. Thaw overnight the day before serving.
