Peruvian Tiradito

A peruvian ceviche that is rich thanks to the yellowtail and refreshing due to the bright sauce of peppers, garlic, ginger, lime, and cilantro. This makes an excellent light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup aji amarillo paste
  • 1/6 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 medium clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger grated
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 3 ounces sashimi-grade yellowtail or salmon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for fish in a bowl and stir to combine. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Slice fish into thin pieces, arrange on a plate, and spoon sauce over top. Serve.
