Ingredients

Dressing

Salad

  • 1/2 english cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 small carrot shredded
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup pea shoots
  • 12 ounces raw tuna sashimi grade, diced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled radish optional

Topping

  • seaweed
  • toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Arrange all the salad components on a plate. Drizzle with dressing, garnish as desired, and serve.
