Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber, place it into a fine mesh sieve and press as much liquid out as you can. Combine with the garlic and mix well. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, stir well, cover, and refrigerate until serving. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
